After 72 hours, there are no refunds, and the client may choose to use the sums paid for any other service offered by Nancy Karas. This includes and is not limited to a group training or keynote speech, attendance at a summit, enrollment in an advanced program or or any other service/product agreed to by Nancy Karas.
