Nancy was the most impactful career coach and advisor I have worked with, and if I look back reflectively over almost three decades of working with top caliber high quality career mentors, Nancy both rises to the top, a s well as, is notably different in what she brought to me in the form of tangible, actionable and substantive value. I mean that very sincerely. Nancy has a core experience base that she leverages, or better put, that she “gives” to folks like me.

But deeper than that, and far more impactful then that, she digs deep in what I believe is her strong self-awareness and her own deep lived experience and brings out the tactics and delivery tools for coaching but wrapped in and carefully packaged in a very strong, astute, and wise acceptance of human nature. Looking back at each and every interaction with Nancy, I always had some expectation or some anticipation of what we would do going into each interaction with her. And each and every time I was surprised at how, often without really knowing it, she guided our interaction to thoughs and concepts that on my own, I would never have thought to explore. Not sure how to say this to give respect to her holistic talents, but Nancy brings out gifts, she enables, she leads and guides and the person (folks like me) are left with our own sense of accomplishment in finding our own gifts and using them. Its beyond words to try to express this because Nancy lives and breaths both action and empathy, wisdom and humor, depth and practicality, and without the help of a few poets and symphonic composers, I would not be able to fully articule the depts of everything she nurtures out of us.
